Tommy Boy is a fun movie about Tommy Callahan. A young just out of college grad that takes over the family business when his father the Pres of an Auto parts manufacture dies unexpectedly. The movie is filled with a lot of as my wife would like to call stupid humor, but it does have some fun examples of what to do and what not to do in sales and relating to clients. And that is where I found the Leadership Lessons that I took from the film.
- 1.) Confidence and Enthusiasm are the keys to making clients happy.
- 2.) You have to do what you say you are going to do.
