We have developed comprehensive performance management programs to assist clients in managing their talent.

Our Principal worked with the US division of one of the worlds largest financial services groups to develop a performance management solution that was rolled out to more than 40,000 employees in the US. The solution was a mix of Instructor Led, Web Based and Self-Paced learning events and saw a significant increase in managers ability to manage performance effectively.

Goal Setting

We have worked with companies to explore the power of writing SMART goals and the benefits of holding individuals accountable to achieving them.

Over the years our team has worked with countless managers and their teams to develop clear and impactful performance objectives. We have delivered several workshops to several different companies to help managers understand the importance of setting clear objectives with their teams.

Coaching

We have consulted with companies to develop and deploy a self-discovery coaching model for more than 5,000 employees.

We rolled out this self discovery model to a large national credit card issuer. Their call center operations was challenged with effectively coaching their phone reps. After the roll out, we saw a significant lift in employees applying the coaching they received. The company also conducted a 360 feedback survey and many of the participants attributed their increase in performance directly to this learning experience.
